I enjoyed the video about 21st Century Educational Reality and it was an interesting eye opener for me. I had heard the statistics concerning our numbers of graduates in science. I now understand that even though we do not produce the same number ...
I thought the article was something for thought. I believe that it is not equal all students. I do like the idea of the government coming into a class and actually see how things work before the make educational goals.
The article is interesting. My challenge is to coordinate curriculum to students' interests and partner it with skills based curriculum.
I believe that content and 21 st century skills are both important, and can be done together. Also, we are fortunate in district 57 that we recognize both as important.
Hey April, Todays class was interesting. I am glad I learned how to eliminate the extra e-mails from random people. You did a great job presenting. You are very enthusiastic and did some fun things to engage us.
