My students researched a desert animal, wrote a report, and shared their report. We used so many skills like collaboration. We used technology to allow the students to share their reports - like Voicethread, and Tarheelreader.org
The conversations were good, I'd be curious to start more converstions about how to create a Personal Learning Network using various sites like the NING, Twitter, RSS Readers, & Blogs.
I didn't see 30 Rock, but if you push really hard it closes!
I'm doing some things related to that. We are always working on understanding our community by taking community outings. We are also using our units to learn about Healthy practices. In financial terms we always work on using money and such. We co...
